Who are our Donors?

Our egg donors are healthy women between 18 and 34 years old living in Spain and the Czech republic. We perform medical, genetic, and psychological tests on them before including them in our egg donation program. The screening tests for donor inclusion in the donation program are as follows:

Medical and gynaecological history to rule out any familial disease

How do we choose
the right donors?

The resemblance is one of the most common concerns of patients who have opted for donated egg treatment. The Axes Health Egg Bank has a very high number of egg donors, which allows our team of specialists to take into consideration the phenotype and the ethnicity of the donor egg recipient. This way, the future baby will physically resemble its parents.

Distance Oocyte
Donation (DOD) Service

We also offer the possibility of creating embryos remotely and sending them to your clinic. This technique is called DOD, Distance Oocyte Donation.

1.The sperm sample will be sent to our clinic, which will be in charge of selecting the donor, the ovarian stimulation, and the egg retrieval.
2.Once the sperm sample is received, we will proceed with creating the in-vitro embryos, the selection of the most suitable ones and their vitrification.
3.Once vitrified, we will ship them to your centre in cell transport designed boxes, using only certified carrier transport services. Your centre will then proceed with the transfer of the embryos.
